All Lots are surveyed using the natural topography to divide them,so that everyone has an unobstructed view. There are 11 Land lots,all are hillside,all having panoramic  water views. The Lots are in distinct areas ....Lots 1, 2  are on  their own  hill ,an easy walk,being nearest to the dock....The next area is above this with Lots 6 ,7& 8,all gradual hillside lots.....with lot 3 on its own small hill.At the top of this gradual hill is lot 4 and 5.Then there is a valley with rear hillsides with lots 9,10 & 11...... The leisure area is shown  in green and is a large communal area of land.Other communal property consists of the dock,walkways,footpaths, steps and a clubhouse to be built below Lot 1 on the map. So you see its terraced areas where everyone has an water view of the bay and the Marina below.

Lot Descriptions

Lot 1 is a gradual hillside lot giving water views.It is accessed via a walkway 2 minutes from the dock. The ideal house site is to the right of the hillside facing the sea.

Lot 2 is a hillside lot giving  water views across the communal area .It is accessed via the walkway 2 minutes from the dock.The ideal house site is to the left of the  hillside  facing the sea.

Lot 3 is a hillside lot  accessed via a walkway between Lots 2 and 3 having first walked on the central walkway....a 3 minute walk...The ideal house site is near the top of the hillside facing the bay. 

Lot 4....It is a lot with a flat area on the hilltop. The ideal house site is the centre of the hilltop facing the bay.

Lot 5 sharing the hillside with lot 6  with lot 5 being slightly higher. It is accessed on the central walkway and across the bridge, then the walkway alongside lots 6 & 7.   The  views being worth the 4 minute walk. The ideal house site is the right of the flat hill facing the communal area and bay

Lot 6 is accessed via the central walkway continuing along lot 2. The ideal house site is the left of the gradual hillside facing the bay over the communal area.

Lot 7 ...A lot with a few places to place your house,all with excellent views,as the hill curves slightly.Accessed via the central walkway,across the bridge to walk alongside lot 8.

FINANCING

The finance is based on a lease to purchase agreement.                                          $45,000 lot.....$25,000 deposit...with 120 payments of $237.41 equivalent to $20,000 at 7.5% interest/principal payments over 120 months ( 10 years ).

$49,000 lot.....$25,000 deposit...with 120 payments of $284.90 equivalent to $24,000 at 7.5% interest/principal payments over 120 months ( 10 years ).

 A larger deposit would have the effect of reducing the number of payments.           

 The lease/purchase changes into a purchase contract on the last payment.
